Since it founding in 2011, Marco Closset has been co-owner of VEZA B.V. He completed his degree in Architecture at the Heerlen Institute of Technology in 1995.
After graduating, he gained extensive experience in project management, supervision and development and broadened his knowledge by participating in a Real Estate Expert in Healthcare study programme in Arnhem.
Together with Jano, he is responsible for the day-to-day management. Marco’s tasks are mainly focused on the operational/substantive aspects of housing issues. He also guides processes and operational tasks within projects and real estate departments for clients.
Marco’s strength is the structuring of tasks and processes. He is highly skilled at identifying the various interests of parties participating in a project and, thanks to his enthusiasm and flexibility, is always ready to assist the client. Outside of working hours, Marco enjoys eating out with friends, riding his bicycle, playing golf or going snowboarding and relaxing with his family.
