Jano Schoenmakers is co-owner of VEZA B.V. In 2008, he completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Heerlen.

During his studies, he discovered his passion for real estate (development). Naturally, he continued his studies in this area; he initially participated in a Brokerage programme and later also the Real Estate Expert in Healthcare programme in Arnhem.

Together with Marco he is responsible for the daily management. Within VEZA, Jano is engaged in the commercial activities of housing issues in the broadest sense of the word. He is a real estate advisor for clients, working on a strategical and tactical level of real estate management and development. Jano is a connector, attentive, has a high level of ambition and a natural drive to realise goals together.

In his free time, Jano enjoys golf, fitness and snowboarding in winter.
